Any statement or claim that preemptively undermines future factual premises or logical reasoning for going to war; such as when Donald Trump says America’s intelligence community can not be trusted, thereby casting doubt on whatever future bullshit he will offer to justify his coming war with the entire Iberian Peninsula.
Ex. “I gotta say, Mr. President-fucking-elect or whatever the fuck we’re supposed to call you, that casus belie had quite a punch.”
